  • Where do you ship to?
    We currently ship within the UK. We plan to expand our shipping regions soon.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping usually takes 3-10 business days, depending on your location and product (our Hoodie Blankets ship the fastest). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Some items may have a longer shipping time due to international shipping from our suppliers. Please refer to the product description for estimated delivery times.
  • Do you offer express shipping?
    No, our shipping is already as express as we can currently make it!
  • Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
    No! All prices and shipping costs are final, there are no hidden taxes or costs.
  • Where do your products ship from?
    We work with suppliers around the globe. Your items may ship from different locations, depending on the product.
  • Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
    Since we partner with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages if items are sourced from different locations.
  • Why is there a longer shipping time for some items?
    Some items may have a longer shipping time due to international shipping from our suppliers.
  • What is your return policy?
    We offer a 14 day return policy on most products. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Return Policy page for more details.
  • How do I initiate a return?
    To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send back the item.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Once we’ve received your returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days. You will receive the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package on our website.
  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    If your order has not yet been processed, you can contact us to make changes or cancellations. Unfortunately, once your order is shipped, it cannot be altered. However, it can be returned with 14 days for a refund.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes, we offer digital gift cards in various amounts. You can purchase them on our Gift Cards page.
  • How do I apply a discount code?
    You can enter your discount code during checkout. The discount will automatically apply to your order total before payment.
